On the first Saturday of each month, a full Gluten-Free Fry Up, with a full range of fish, pies, sausages, GF Rolls, all cooked separately in GF Batter and Oil, commenced on 4th July 2009.

Three Bridges Railway Station, if you find yourself travelling to London from Platform 3 and you fancy a cup of tea with a GF Cake, well you can, the small café on Platform 3 sells Kates GF Cakes, all well sealed, drop in and try one. AJ

We have been requested by gluten sufferers from the UK and around the World to advise on eating GF Food at Gatwick Airport, these are the comments and advice we have received so far, by some of our members:-
1. Omelette and chips, not sure which restaurant, (probably Garfunkels). TGE
2. A few salads from M&S, Garfunkels provide an allergy list, but no GF. SE
3. Salads are available, I always take my own food. JN
4. Fruit can be purchased and plain crisps (All Walkers crisps are GF). JB

Coney Island Mountain Range, 35 Croydon Road, gluten free pizzas, the fryers are cleaned daily, with fresh new oil, so chips are excellent.

Central London
Just a short distance from the Waterloo station, there is a family run Italian Pizza restaurant Cotto, the owner is a Coeliac, so the restaurant caters for gluten free dishes/meals, see www.italiancotto.co.uk. It is located on the opposite side of the road to Lambeth North station on the Bakerloo line and comes highly recommended by Colin Doeg.

Nando’s Portugese Restaurant, 2-6 Hill Rise, Richmond, Surrey, this restaurant is part of a large chain of Nando’s restaurants. Good choice of GF food.
